Continuous Open Bidding

Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is an informal process by which a sorority recruits new members without a formal rush process. If a university woman expresses sincere interest in the sorority and the sisters are also interested in her, they may vote to offer her a snap bid, which she can then choose to accept or decline. Requirements
  • Must be in good academic standing with a 2.5/4.0 or greater Grade Point Average.
  • Must be enrolled full-time.
  • May not have ever been and may never be initiated members of any other Greek letter social organization, fraternity or sorority, excluding professional and honorary societies.
  • Must have a genuine interest in embracing diversity and learning about women from different backgrounds.
  • Must have at least one full semester remaining before graduation.
